For 30+ years, Steve Tabaska has looked for and solved some of the most significant challenges in telecommunications and networking.

As a visionary with a “take charge, get it done attitude,” Steve has been in leadership roles in several organizations, including guiding the ship at TeleMate for the past 13 years.

Mr. Tabaska has been in VP Engineering, CTO, GM roles before TeleMate at startups through large established companies. Companies include MCI, Nortel Networks, XROS, Continuum Photonics, WilTel, and Digital Link.

Steve leads with technology to solve complex issues, raise the bar, and make the customer’s problems go away.

Steve holds a BSEE from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Houston.

John O'Reilly, COO and President

As a visionary professional, John O’Reilly thrives on designing innovative approaches to problem-solving complex issues for customers. He does so by transforming these problems into win-win propositions for all involved.

John has 30 years of experience designing and delivering scalable voice and data systems for TeleMate to Fortune 100 companies and service providers.

In addition, John directly led and designed specific technologies, including multi-IP Service platforms, unified communication analytics, and web security.

As one of the founders of TeleMate, John O’Reilly has headed development organizations in both the public and private sectors. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Computer Science.

Reginald Pearson’s objective is to facilitate strategic paths to ensure profitable growth and sustainability for TeleMate’s customers.

Reginald has over 24 years of experience in the Unified Communication and Collaboration space. Reginald’s extensive experience drove revenues and organizational transformation with companies like British Telecommunications, SITA, Vidyo, and Siemens (Unify). He had the primary responsibility of growing revenues and mentoring incoming sales staff.

Reginald helps companies achieve desired business outcomes by advocating and driving a balance between culture, process, and technology. He is at the forefront of thought leadership and is considered a subject matter expert in his field.

He is a 1993 graduate of Mars Hill University with a BA in Public Relations/Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
