Call Activity Overview by User

Sample Report

This report provides an overview of call activity for each User. It shows the top ten most frequently dialed numbers, most expensive calls and longest calls as well as what day of the week Users spent the most time on the telephone and which Call Type Groups Users spent the most time calling. It contains two graphs: a line chart that shows the total Duration of calls made by day of the week for the specified date range and a pie-chart that represents Call Type Group activity. Each color indicates the percent of the total Duration of all calls in that Call Type Group. In addition, the report is broken into three other sections: Ten Most Frequently Dialed Numbers, Ten Most Expensive Calls, and Ten Longest Calls. View Report

User Call Duration Analysis

This report graphically displays total Duration for each Department grouped by Call Type Group and Duration Level (ranges of Duration, e.g. calls between zero and one minute are in the first "Duration Level") for the specified date range. The information is sorted by Duration Level, in ascending order. For each Duration Level, the report shows a summary of Number of Calls, Total Duration, Total Cost, Average Duration and Average Cost. The optional detail section shows call detail within each Duration Level and Call Type Group. For each call, the report shows Cost, Date and Time, User, Extension or DISA number, Phone Number, Location and Duration. Number of Calls, Total Duration, Total Cost, Average Duration and Average Cost are also summarized for each Company, Division and Department. View Report

Trunk Traffic by Hour

Sample Report

This report graphically displays Trunk use versus Trunk capacity - using Erlangs - for each Trunk Group. The top of the report shows the total possible Erlangs for the Trunk Group. The bar graph shows the total Erlangs of Duration for each hour and Trunk during the specified date range. For each hour - shown on the report as "Time Of Day" - the report shows Number Of Calls, Number Of Active Trunks, and Total Duration. The optional detail section shows summary of Number Of Calls, and Total Duration in Erlangs for each Trunk in the Trunk Group and whether each Trunk was active during that hour. View Report

User Call Detail by Organization

This report is the best report for detail about Users' call activity. It is grouped by Company, Division, Department, User and Extension or DISA number. For each call, the report shows Date and Time, Dialed Number, Location, Call Type Group, Trunk, Duration, Cost, and Destination Category. Total Number of Calls, Total Duration and Total Call Cost are also summarized for each Company, Division, Department, User and Extension or DISA number with Taxes - if applicable and if you select to display Taxes. Extension Detail with Prep Time

This report shows detail of call activity, including the "prep time", grouped by Company, Division, Department, User and Extension or DISA number. Prep time is the amount of time that occurred from the end of one call until the beginning of the next. The information is sorted chronologically for each day. For each call, the report shows Prep Time, Start Time, Duration, End Time, Dialed Number, Location, Trunk, Cost, Destination Category. Total Prep Time, Total Duration and Total Cost are summarized for each day. Total Prep Time, Total Number of Calls, Total Call Cost, Total Duration, Average Call Cost and Average Duration are also summarized for each Company, Division, Department, User and Extension or DISA number. User Bill

Sample Report

This report creates billing statements of call activity with one User per statement for the specified date range. Each statement has three sections: a detachable section that can be returned by the customer with payment, showing the address of the User and the amount due; a statement summary showing the total Cost broken down by Call Type Group, and call detail broken down and summarized by Call Type Group with Taxes - if applicable and if you select to display Taxes (see the Cost Adjustments tab of the report properties dialog). The first page of the report can serve as an invoice and is divided into two sections. The upper portion of the statement shows the Bill Period, Bill Date (date the bill was printed), Amount Due, Company, Division, Department, User, the mailing address of the User and a space for the User to enter the Amount Enclosed. The bottom section shows a statement summary with the total Cost for each Call Type Group, a total Cost for the User's call activity and Taxes. Subsequent pages show call detail grouped by Call Type Group. For each call, the report shows Date and Time, Dialed Number, Location, Duration and Cost. Number of Calls, Total Duration, Total Cost and Taxes are summarized for each Call Type Group and User. View Report

DISA Call Analysis

This report shows a summary of call activity for each DISA with drill-down to call detail. The report is shown unsecured, which means the DISA number appears on the report, but there is an option to hide/secure the DISA number. For each DISA, the report shows Company, Division, Department, the DISA number, a Description of the DISA number, User and a summary of Total Duration, Total Cost, and Total Number of Calls. Drill-down shows call detail. For each call, the report shows Date and Time, Extension on which the call was made, Dialed Number, Location, Duration and Cost. View Report
